PURPLE Girls Senior
Preparing Her for What's Next.
PURPLE Girls Senior is a mentorship, leadership, and personal-development program of Blessing Our Women, Inc. designed to help young women strengthen their identity, confidence, decision-making, relationships, leadership skills, and readiness for life beyond high school.
Purpose • Understanding • Resilience • Power • Leadership • Unity • Empowerment
She's Growing Up. Her Mentorship Should Grow With Her.
PURPLE Girls Senior recognizes that older teens are navigating increasingly complex decisions about relationships, education, work, independence, money, boundaries, identity, friendships, digital life, and their futures. Senior doesn't simply repeat what participants may have learned in Junior.
PURPLE Girls Senior is not a domestic violence survivor program. Healthy relationships, dating violence prevention, boundaries, personal safety, and help-seeking are important components of the program, but they are part of a broader mentorship and young-woman development experience.
Junior vs. Senior
Same PURPLE Foundation. Different Developmental Stage.
PURPLE Girls Junior
Builds foundations through confidence, self-awareness, communication, relationships, life skills, leadership, enrichment, and positive sisterhood.
PURPLE Girls Senior
Builds on those foundations with deeper exploration of independence, decision-making, relationships, leadership, future planning, personal responsibility, life preparation, and the transition into adulthood.
Senior isn't "Junior for older girls." It is intentionally designed around the realities, responsibilities, decisions, and opportunities young women encounter as they prepare for what's next.
The Senior PURPLE Experience
Mentorship Meets Real Life.
Participants aren't only learning concepts — they're given opportunities to explore how those concepts apply to their actual lives.
We're helping prepare her to navigate what comes after graduation.
The 8 PURPLE Development Pillars
8 Pillars. One Whole-Young-Woman Approach.
Senior participants explore the pillars through increasingly mature conversations, decisions, responsibilities, experiences, and expectations as they prepare for greater independence.

Education, Career & Future Readiness
There Is More Than One Path to Success.
PURPLE Girls Senior does not communicate that college is the only successful outcome. Participants can explore different pathways including college, technical and vocational education, certification programs, employment, entrepreneurship, and other postsecondary opportunities.
“Her Future Doesn't Have to Look Like Anyone Else's to Be Successful.”
My Next Chapter
Leaving With a Plan.
