Financial Hardship Shouldn't Automatically Prevent Access.
The BOW Access Program provides a process through which eligible participants may request reduced fees, payment arrangements, scholarships, or other approved financial accommodations for qualifying BOW programs and services. Assistance is based on eligibility, available resources, program requirements, and BOW approval.

When a participant's needs fall outside our scope, we may provide information or referrals to appropriate community professionals or organizations.
